THE POWER OF LAW ATTRACTION

I have been so eager to write about this on my blog it really changed my way of thinking you don't understand how the Power of Law Attraction has influenced my mind, body, and soul. My mindset has completely changed since I started to eliminate this from my life. So, a few years ago I discovered the Secret by Rhonda Byrne which enabled me to know more about the Law of Attraction and Manifesting Positivity into my life. If you have Netflix I suggest watching on there as it will be more powerful and effective. I have literally got friends to watch it and after they have watched it they feel so good and their perception of how they respond to situations and how they view their life completely changes. You can also download the App on AppStore called Daily Teachings as it helps with everyday affirmations and teachings which will transform your life and get you thinking, Thank me later

These 4 steps will change your Life

1. Letting go

It's so easy to hold onto excess baggage and the what-ifs, but what I have learned from studying the law of attraction is that in order to attract positive energy you have to let go of everything because without doing so it restricts you from receiving positive vibrations. So it is important to let go and leave it to the Universe to deal with it, trust that everything will work out as it should, forgive yourself, and forgive others in the process because you want to attract better opportunities with a clear perspective.

2. Creating your vision board

So creating your vision board is the second step to the Law of attraction, the whole idea is to basically put all your dreams and goals on a board & spending time each day to manifest positive energy around those goals. Writing all your goals or adding images to the board enables you to visualize it each day and in order for every idea to become reality, it's all about building positive thoughts around it, believing that you will receive everything you want no matter how crazy the idea might be.

3. Speaking positive words and having a positive mindset

It's so important to speak positive words about everything you do, its so easy to fall into a negative pattern and I have definitely seen that the days when I spend complaining and just talking badly about everything around me in a negative way, it's truly defined ended up on a bad note day.

I have had to train my mind to think, see and believe in positive thoughts; because it only hinders your future, the most successful people don't spend time telling themselves the worst comments ever they have had to train their minds into believing that even though we may all have bad days but it doesn't have to be an everyday mantra. It starts from the time you wake up the smallest things like me spreading my bed has actually helped to start my day on the bright side, praying and listening to motivation videos, avoiding talking to people who always just talk badly about everything has truly helped my mindset and find that when I do feel sad or low I don't stay in such a bad time. I have also learned that I can't control what happens around me but I can definitely control my reactions and my mind no matter the situation. Also, I have learned that in order for me to attract New blessings, great energy It starts all with what I say before saying it, and if it's not going to build me don't bother saying it.  It is not about being rich or anything it is just about Your Mindset and your reactions.

4. Change it if you can't stand it

If you are unhappy with whatever you are doing in life, so, for example, let's say you want to save a certain amount of money by a certain time give yourself a realistic time, and the start of small I always starting small is better than nothing at all and I'm sure you have all heard this before, review this goal after 6 months and see what has worked what hasn't, maybe consider starting a part-time job, or working overtime or even better-paid job - there's always ways you can improvise and make it work.

if you want to start a new hobby and don't know how, plan, draft and write everything done as you have imagined it, figure out the first step of starting it I believe there's always a way to making anything work sometimes it just takes time to reflect and plan. Everything always starts as an idea and becomes reality.

5 TIPS TO FLAWLESS, CLEAR AND YOUNG LOOKING SKIN

Here are all my tips below that will change your skin to perfection.

  1. Cleansing both day and night I would definitely say is the key to keeping bacteria and keeping your pores clean and your skin looking clear.

 2. Drinking a litre of water a day will also keep your skin looking clear as drinking water helps to flush out any toxins within your body and skin.

3.Taking supplements such as wheatgrass powder - contains antioxidants which help to renew your skin cells, has a lot of anti-aging properties which helps your skin to look younger and help with reducing signs of blemishes, turmeric pills - are amazing for acting as an anti-inflammatory and help in removing hyperpigmentation which is caused by acne.

                                                              Shop here for wheatgrass

4. Egg and honey face mask - egg whites help with tightening the pores of the skin and removing excess oils produced by the skin, honey acts as the natural anti-bacterial which helps to moisturise and soothe the skin.

5.Having enough sleep will help with keeping your skin looking young and clear as your skin cells renew themselves at night so making sure you have 7 to 8 hours will definitely benefit your skin in the long run.

TRAVEL DIARY PARIS

This year for my 27th Birthday I decided to go to Paris, I had never been to Paris and always dreamt of going. I had such a beautiful time despite the culture shock, Paris is such a beautiful city to visit and definitely can say if you want to start traveling all around Europe. Paris is definitely the city you want to start with. I can definitely say Paris is a very touristy city so do make sure that you get your comfy shoes on because there’s a lot of walking and exploring to do. Also, I would suggest learning a few sentences in French because everyone mostly speaks French and it may difficult when trying to ask for directions or even telling the waiter what you would like to eat.

I fell in love with the Parisian buildings and architecture and I can understand why it’s the most visited city.

My and my best friend stayed at Hotel Val Girard, it’s a 4* star rated hotel it’s very convenient, comfortable and very clean. It's a central location to getting around to the Eiffel Tower, a train station which is almost as fast and efficient as getting round in London with the Tube and Charles de Gaulle Airport. The hotel offers bed and breakfast which is super great because you don’t have to worry about finding places to have breakfast. Around the hotel surroundings, you can find cute intimate restaurants to grab dinner and have quiet time that’s something I loved. You can also find a lot of bakeries and dessert shops if you are craving something sweet.

What to do

Paris is a city to explore tourist attractions and architectural sites like the Eiffel Tower, Palace of Versailles, Louvre Museum, Notre Dame de Paris, and Arc de Triomphe. Paris is literally the fashion district city so if you are a fashion guru there are so many fashion boutiques and designer stores to shop till you literally drop, I enjoyed going to Champs-Elysees it's such a beautiful avenue with well-known shops like Zara, Bvlgari, Sephora, Chanel and many more I would definitely recommend you all to visit.

Places to eat:
In terms of food and restaurants; Paris genuinely has really cute intimate restaurants and cafes literally on most street corners; I really enjoyed eating at Bistrot Le cap Restaurant food was really delicious and amazing service the recommended choice of wine tasted pleasantly nice it was sharp at first but as we drank the glasses of wine it actually grew on us, the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. I highly recommend this restaurant for a quiet night and romantic dinner for 2. It was literally 5 minutes of walking distance from our hotel Hotel Val Girard.

These are some of the other Restaurants you may want to try :

Ferdi - they serve amazing cheeseburger and fries and if you are a meat lover this is the place for you
L'avenue - much more suited for Private dining and very upper scale vibes, and offer a variety of different dishes that are suitable for dietary requirements.

If you have Sweet tooth like me there so many Pastry and French Bakery shops on every street depending on where you are staying like La Duree and many more to fix your sweet tooth.
I really enjoyed the Macarons and French pastries, they are so delicious.

Getting around Paris

Initially, when I and my friend go to Paris we thought that the hotel we were staying at would be within walking distance to most of the places we wanted to see but after arriving and looking at Google Maps and trying to navigate ourselves we realized that it would work out better us using the Metro because it would be more efficient and faster to get around.

Also, we considered getting the Uber but we worked out that getting a driver would be way more expensive and longer than getting a Metro, so when we arrived at the airport we asked the ticket officer where to buy the metro tickets, and we were advised to go and take photos at the photo machine and then queue up to purchase a metro card called Navigo. This metro ticket allowed us to go around to most of the attraction sights we wanted to see for the duration of our trip in Paris the ticket cost us €18.40 which is equivalent to £18.00 so it worked out cheaper and also turned out to be perfect because we got to explore the Metro and navigating ourselves around Paris.
